Cucumber Raita

Easiest raita recipe and very delicious! Loved by one and all :)

Ingredients:

1 cucumber peeled and grated
2 cups yogurt
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
salt to taste
1 teaspoon sugar

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl well and let it sit for 10 minutes. Its ready to eat!

A variation could be black pepper powder instead of sugar. That also tastes really good :)
